ANNE PICKARD – CODING CONSULTANT
Anne is our trans-Tasman coding consultant. She has over 30 years experience in clinical record analysis, ICD-10-AM coding and is an experienced medical terminology course designer and presenter. Her passion and experience in health administration has led her to hold positions all around the globe. She is accredited in health record administration in Canada and is experienced with coding in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the Middle East.

DEIRDRE MCDONAGH – DIRECTOR
Deirdre has over 25 years of experience working in the health care industry in a variety of administrative and clinical roles. As a Health Information Manager (B.Hlth.Sc. (HIM)), she has worked in clinical classification, training, quality assurance and data management roles in Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. She is also a certified clinical coding auditor and accredited injury coder (Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS)) and has extensive knowledge of classification systems and health information management principles in a variety of settings.
